Known for our top-performing teams, collaborative culture, and trusted brand, we’re currently on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrator to support our agents and help drive success from behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting agents across both residential and commercial real estate. You’ll provide high-level administrative and marketing support, playing a vital role in delivering a seamless client experience and enabling the success of the wider team.
Your day-to-day may include:
Administration & Sales Support
- Preparing and processing agency agreements, sale and purchase agreements, leases and listing documentation
- Managing listings – adding, updating, monitoring expiries, and compliance management (including AML)
- Supporting deal processing and liaising with solicitors and clients
- Coordinating weekly team meetings and action items
- Developing vendor reports, submissions, presentations and flyers
- Database management (Property Suite) and campaign budget preparation
- Processing and reconciling invoices and expenses
- Providing general administrative support: scanning, binding, couriers, room bookings, expense claims
Marketing Coordination
- Booking and managing online listings
- Coordinating photography, signage, print ads, and digital collateral
- Producing newsletters, reporting on campaign performance, and assisting with bespoke marketing content
- Ensuring brand compliance across all materials
- Supporting the marketing team with templates, presentations, and capability documents
Key Attributes We’re Looking For
- Experience in administration, the property sector, or recently graduated from a property-related qualification
- Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail and time management
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, solution-focused, and process-driven
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong team ethic
- Discretion and professionalism at all times
