Located in a prime position surrounded by thriving suburbs, our office is poised for continued growth and success. As Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, enhancing culture, and building on our already strong reputation in the local community.

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the office, including sales management and compliance.

• Coaching and mentoring our talented team of residential consultants to achieve outstanding results.

• Driving recruitment to expand and strengthen the sales team.

• Contributing to strategic business planning and growth initiatives.

• Championing a high-performance, positive team culture that reflects Bayleys’ “Altogether Better” ethos.

• Representing the brand with pride in the local community and industry.

To be effective in this role, you will bring:

• A Branch Manager licence (or willingness to obtain one – full support provided).

• Proven experience in real estate sales and/or sales management.

• A strong ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.

• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

• Excellent relationship skills and community engagement.

• A proactive, hands-on approach and passion for team success.
